  • Minimum age: 12 years
  •  Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour start time to review protocols and prepare for departure. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will result in the immediate cancellation of the tour without a refund.
  • The guide has the final authority for the tour. In cases where fitness levels, weather conditions, or participant behavior raise concerns, the tour may be canceled without a refund.

Must-Have Items*:Bring hiking shoes (your feet may get wet as you'll be crossing a river), long pants (comfortable clothes), poncho or rain jacket a swimsuit, a towel, insect repellent, sunscreen, and water. 
Departure: 8:45 am or 1:30 pm, daily.
Duration: 2,5 hours maximum.

  • Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation.
  • Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
